Our draught devision can supply detailed drawings of a professionally designed system in Auto Cad format, with the assistance of highly qualified specialist technical personnel.

Our Site Surveys consist of
General inspection notes on the condition and findings.
Pressure differential accross all bag filters.
Air pressure and temperature reading taken at each individual section with the relevant duct diameter cyclones, trombone coolers and bag filters measured.
This air velocity and ducting diameter can be used to calculate the air volume in different sections as a whole.
Quality Assurance
All work included in this scope is guaranteed to comply with the specifications stated in the tender documents, to be of a good grade of material through out and stated in the tender documents, to be of a good grade of material through out and of good and careful workmanship in such manner that we undertake to correct and make good any defects which may develop under normal and proper use.
Each project is evaluated at enquiry stage for the scope of quality control requirements.
Once a contract is awarded these evaluations are reviewed and the required personnel appointed to oversee the quality aspect of the project.
Depending on the size of the project the responsible personnel may have to work on more than one project or have more than one area of responsibility
